Matthew M. Liu

Matthew is a paralegal at Clark Lau LLC. He attended UMass Amherst where he earned a degree in Biology and a secondary major in Legal Studies. During college, he worked in the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging as an office assistant, where he learned the importance of social justice work and equal opportunities for marginalized students. This experience, along with his own family’s immigrant background and his law-related coursework, eventually drew him to immigration law. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, playing volleyball, and spending time with his loved ones.
