Daniel works with businesses and individuals by providing legal counsel on a range of immigrant and non-immigrant options. With the intricacies surrounding U.S. immigration law, Daniel is dedicated to providing clients a distinct strategy in achieving their objectives. As a U.S. military veteran, he understands the importance of loyalty and integrity, and exhibits those principles while representing clients. Whether it is discussing options regarding the employment of foreign nationals, pursuit of careers in the U.S., or U.S. citizenship, Daniel is committed to delivering the highest quality of legal representation.
Daniel’s interest in immigration law not only results from his own personal experience, as the spouse of an immigrant, but also from his travels while enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. As the spouse of an immigrant, he has a deep understanding of the uncertainties and struggles faced in navigating the maze of U.S. immigration law. Additionally, his exposure to different cultures both inside and outside of the U.S., has given him a great sense of appreciation for the value of immigration, and how immigrants enrich the U.S. economy and our communities.
Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts. Prior to joining Clark Lau LLC, he practiced immigration law as an Associate Attorney in the nonimmigrant visa department of a business immigration law firm. Daniel has experience in working with individuals, families, and employers and counseling them on a wide range of visa categories.
With the constant changes in U.S immigration law and policy, Daniel understands the importance of ensuring that clients are apprised of every development in their cases. He ensures that a client-based approach, coupled with effective guidance, is maintained in achieving success.
Outside of the practice of law, Daniel enjoys listening to podcasts, exercising, reading, and watching movies.
